Deposit $60 per room per night plus 8% tax except for a stay over 3 days, then deposit is 1/2 the total.
Upon cancellation there is a $20 fee plus tax with the balance of deposit returned to you,
unless the room(s) are not re-rented for the same period of time, then we will keep your deposit.

Yellow Room
Large, bright room with private bath (oversized shower, no tub)
1 Queen size bed and on adjoining porch a futon with 8" thick dbl. mattress.

$70 single (single occupancy),add $10 for each additional person, add $10 to make up futon, add 8% sales tax.

Corner Room
Sunny, corner room with 1 double bed and private bath (shower no tub)

$60 single $70 double plus 8% sales tax

Blue Room
Large front room with 3 beds
(1 Queen. and 2 singles)
and private bath (shower no tub)

$70 single (single occupancy), add $10 for each additional person, plus 8% sales tax

Green Room
Double bed with antique cherry bed frame and futon with 8" mattress. Large keyed private bath (with tub/shower) across the hall. Connecting door can be opened and this room and Yellow Room become a suite using that bath for both rooms with a $10 discount per night on combined rates.

Discount of 10% for stays of 7 days or longer.
